Once you send an inquiry, I review your dates, group details, and preferences personally. I then recommend the best-fit options and introduce you to the villa owner or their team so you can confirm terms, payment, and the stay directly with them.

You pay the villa owner or their representative directly. Your reservation agreement is only between you and that party. LH Estate introduces and coordinates; we are not the landlord, we do not hold guest funds, and we are not a party to the rental contract.

Deposits, balance due dates, cancellation rules, and refunds are set by the owner in writing. Ask for their cancellation and refund policy before you transfer any money. LH Estate cannot authorise, withhold, or process a refund for a payment you made to an owner.

Flight issues, visas, illness, advisories, or choosing not to travel are generally your risk unless the owner's written terms say otherwise. We strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance. A direct arrangement with an owner is not an Airbnb booking and does not include platform guest refund policies.

No platform fees from our side to guests. We focus on matching you with the right villa and helping the introduction feel smooth and transparent.
